At the Waterloo market getting soaked. Glad I got a good rain coat this summer. Notice the vendors did not even show up that is how bad the weather was.
After the market, we caught the end of the Brussels Marathon.
Very Brave soles to be running in this crap.

Same here in Portland! Has your French teacher taught you the Belgian word for this kind of rain, "la drache" as in:
"Il drache. Je ne sors pas aujourd'hui."
and:
"Quelle drache! Je suis trempée jusqu'aux os!"
Bonjour! my class is going slow my teacher has missed 3 classes out of 6. I have not learned the pharase, thank you.
